All the Names They Used for God

'All The Names They Used For God' is an incredible collection of 12 short stories. Each story is a different genre and completely original. The overarching theme of all these stories is the exploration of the human experience. Sachdeva writes interesting and dreamy stand-alone stories that are left open ended.

The stories in the beginning were a little slow and didn't particularly catch my attention, but the stories at the end were incredible! Two stories in particular that were amazing were 'Robert Greeman and The Mermaid' and 'Manus'. The first was about a man entranced by a mermaid and about the second about aliens taking over and replacing humans hands with forks.

'All The Names They Used For God' is an excellent debut short story collection that I highly recommend to everyone who loves short stories. I can't wait to read more of Sachdeva's work in the future.
